If the Arab League had simply accepted the refugees, like any other country in the world to accept refugees, then the Palestinians would not live under these conditions.

Everything in green is the territory Arab League. Arab countries covering 13,941,672 km2 and a population of 360 million people.
Take a calculator and you will see that this represents about 26 inhabitants per km2. For the record, Ile-de-France, there are 966 inhabitants per km2. So 37 times more people per km2.
